The Chez Waitlist Referral Program (the "Program") rewards the people who help the most friends join the Chez waitlist before we launch. These Official Rules govern the Program. By joining the waitlist and sharing your referral link, you agree to these rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Two conditions apply to the cash prizes, described in full in Section 5: you must have at least 8 confirmed referrals to qualify, and prizes are awarded only if the waitlist reaches at least 3,000 verified registrations.
The Program is administered by Chez ("we", "our", or "us"), the maker of the Chez home concierge app at getchez.com. You can reach us at hello@getchez.com. The Program is run on our behalf using Viral Loops, a referral platform that tracks signups, referral links, and the leaderboard.
The Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Chez and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with any rules that apply to you.
Join the Chez waitlist at getchez.com with a valid email address. Entry is free. Once you join, you receive a unique referral link. Each confirmed new person who joins the waitlist through your link counts as one referral toward your position on the leaderboard. One entry per person. We may require email verification before an entry or a referral counts.
Only confirmed signups count. A referral counts when the person you referred joins the waitlist through your unique link with a valid, verifiable email address and is not flagged as fraudulent. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, disposable or invalid email addresses, bot signups, and any automated or deceptive activity do not count and may result in disqualification. We and our referral platform use fraud detection to keep the leaderboard fair. Our determination of valid referrals is final.
Ranking is by number of confirmed referrals. The Top 10 positions receive $500 each. Positions 11 through 100 receive $50 each. The maximum any one person can win is $500. In the event of a tie at a prize threshold, the entrant who reached that referral count first (by timestamp) ranks higher. Total prize value is capped at the published tiers. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged except at our discretion.
Minimum referrals to qualify. To receive any prize, you must have at least 8 confirmed referrals as of the End Date. If a Top 10 or Top 100 leaderboard position is held by an entrant with fewer than 8 confirmed referrals, no prize is paid for that position. The rewards go to the people who genuinely helped Chez grow.
Minimum registrations for a payout. Cash prizes are awarded only if the Chez waitlist reaches at least 3,000 verified registrations by the End Date. If the waitlist has fewer than 3,000 verified registrations as of the End Date, no cash prizes will be awarded. We disclose this here, before you refer anyone, so the condition is clear up front, and we will let participants know by email whether the threshold was met after the Program ends.
The Program runs until the public launch of the Chez app, currently planned for late summer 2026 (the "End Date"). The leaderboard locks on the End Date. Final standings are based on confirmed referrals as of that moment. We may extend, shorten, or end the Program early if needed; if we do, the leaderboard locks at the revised End Date. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address used to join the waitlist.
To claim a prize, a winner must respond to our notification email within 14 days and provide the information needed to deliver payment. Prizes are paid within approximately 30 days after the public launch, by Venmo, PayPal, or electronic gift card, at our discretion. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, does not respond, is found ineligible, or is disqualified for fraud, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.
Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their prize. Because the maximum prize per person is $500, individual prizes fall below the $600 United States IRS reporting threshold for a Form 1099. You should consult your own tax advisor with any questions.
Information you provide to enter (such as your email address and, optionally, your ZIP code) is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We use it to run the waitlist and the Program, to contact winners, and to understand which areas have the most demand. We never sell your data.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond our reasonable control affects its fairness or integrity. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Program are final and binding. This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple. The Program is administered by Chez; Viral Loops provides the underlying referral technology.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Open to US residents 18 and older. Void where prohibited.
